SHIPPING POLICY
Unless otherwise stated, Leaf and Leash endeavours to get your order into the mail usually 1-2 business days after purchase. Shipping time will be added on after this time frame.
You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Leaf and Leash integrate delivery (the ‘Delivery Services’) through the use of third-party delivery companies (the ‘Delivery Service Providers’).

As stated in our returns policy, we cannot offer refunds or replacements if you do not receive your order by a certain date, as we have no control over which items you order, the date you place your order, nor the delivery process once your parcel has been lodged with our Delivery Service Provider.
In providing the Purchase Services, Leaf and Leash may provide you with a variety of delivery options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Leaf and Leash is not the provider of these delivery options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.
Leaf and Leash is not responsible for events in the postal process such as being delayed, lost, damaged or stolen. If your parcel is left at your local post office for collection, it is your responsibility to collect your parcel.
If your item is delayed in transit, we may enquire with our Delivery Service Provider and keep you informed. If you still have not received your order after following all processes as advised by our Delivery Service Provider, and your order is declared lost by our Delivery Service Provider, you are entitled to a refund. If you are not home to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave your parcel, Australia Post will notify you via the Auspost app, email or SMS. If your parcel has not been successfully matched to your MyPost account (or you don't have a MyPost account), Australia Post will leave a card.
Should an item be returned to sender (i.e., Leaf and Leash), the item will be redelivered once you have paid Leaf and Leash the full standard shipping fee in the amount listed by the Delivery Service Provider at the time of redelivery, and a $5 AUD reprocessing fee. Express shipping will incur an additional fee as listed by the Delivery Service Provider. If you choose a refund instead of redelivery, you will be refunded the amount paid minus a $5 AUD restocking fee.
