REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
(a) All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for a change of mind, so please choose carefully when shopping at our store.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please let us know within a reasonable timeframe if there is a problem with the product you purchased. We suggest letting us know within 14 days of purchase, so we can best help you. The item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received. Please email us at hello@leafandleash.com.au, and:
- Provide a clear description of the fault;
- Adequate proof of purchase;
- Your order number;
- Photos of the fault as necessary and/or requested.
Leaf and Leash will then review your request and notify you of the results via email.
If the problem is caused by misuse of the product in any way, consumer guarantees will not apply.
Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method. Refunds take up to 10 business days. Refunds will be the amount you paid for the item, minus any transaction and/or processing fees, depending on the payment processor. Any shipping fees paid are not refundable.
You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any replacement or return.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if the reason is because you did not receive your order by a certain date, as we have no control over which items you order, the date you place your order, and we are not responsible for the delivery process once your parcel has been lodged with our Delivery Service Provider.

- Cancellations:
You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day you placed it by emailing us at hello@leafandleash.com.au. Please note that payment made will take up to 10 business days to return to the original payment method.
- Your privacy:
We may request relevant information to be able to process your return. When you return a product with the adequate proof of purchase, we may need your signature as authorisation of this return transaction.
